What the heck??!?!?

this is a great game all you people reading this get it! but look out for something... 
 so I was doing great with the game I had plenty of people plenty of food. I already built the statue had 4 new believers and knocked down a totem. 

then i left it alone for two hours. any other villagers game was fine. then when I come back, what does it say?
EVERYONE WHO BELIEVED IN YOU HAS DIED! How could  people die with  food? I have no idea? and in two hours no less! unless the orange  heathens started killing people, thats not posdible.
i checked my free version too. Same thing!! also my virtual families 2 broke!
IF I START OVER AND IT HAPPENS Again Im going to delete this game. Its not fun to have your game die for NO REASON! so please fix this and I will be happy and rate it four stars again.
